Crab soup
I suggest you try a very tasty soup with crab sticks and corn. This soup will warm you up in cold autumn and winter days. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Broth

    950 ml

  • Dry white wine

    0.25 cup

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Corn

    200 g

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Cream

    0.75 cup

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Bacon cut into cubes and lightly fry in a saucepan with a thick bottom, 3-4 minutes. All grease must flow.

Finely chop the onion and add to bacon. Cook about 4 minutes. Onions should become transparent.

Add the flour and mix well with the oil from the bacon.

Slowly add broth, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Then add the wine.

Cut the potato into cubes and add to the pot. To cook to readiness of potatoes over very low heat, about 15 minutes.

Crab sticks cut into small cubes.

Add the corn kernels. Cook over very low heat for about 1 minute.

Then add the crab sticks and pre-heated cream, salt and pepper to taste, top, sprinkle with parsley, mix well, close the lid, turn off the heat and let stand for a few minutes.
