This version of our usual weekday dinner. Very easy, fairly quick and tasty. Almost paella on Russian manners. Maybe you will like it?

Cooking
Onion and garlic chop, sausage cut into rings, chicken breast cubes, bell pepper cubes smaller.
In a deep frying pan heat vegetable oil, for 2-3 minutes fry the onion and garlic, stirring occasionally.
Add the diced chicken breast, slices of sausage, mix well.
Add bell pepper, tomato paste.
Pour in the stock. Add the rice. Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Season with salt and pepper. If rice begins to dry before the end of cooking, add more broth or just hot water. Don't forget to stir from time to time.
