Description
Quite easy and a nice salad. Again with mint. Asked her husband to give him a name, he called it "Cheese cucumbers in an olive grove" :)
Ingredients

Cucumber

Cheese
200 g

Olives
100 g

Greens

Olive oil
4 Tbsp

Juice
2 Tbsp

Sugar
-
Salt

Black pepper
Cooking
Cheese cut into small cubes.
Cucumber cut into thin circles or semicircles.
Add the chopped dill and olives.
Whisk lemon juice with pepper and a pinch of sugar, adding small amounts of olive oil. Season the salad and mix gently.
When serving, decorate the salad with mint leaves. As it turned out, mint goes very well with cheese and cucumber. Bon appetit!
