Bigus in a slow cooker
Easy to prepare, but delicious, low-calorie dish.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    100 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    5 piece

Meat wash, dry, cut into "sticks" about 1x4 cm

Onion crumble — strips 0,5x3 cm, carrots grate on a coarse grater or cut also into strips, bell pepper - julienne.

Put the ingredients in the bowl of the slow cooker: the first layer of meat, pre-salted it. On the bottom you can pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Pour on top of vegetables, season with salt, add spices.

Shred cabbage is not very finely, add salt and mash with hands.

Lay the cabbage on top of meat and vegetables, add fresh or dried herbs. You can add prunes or fried mushrooms.

Tomato paste dilute with water, add to vegetables and meat. Close the lid, press Menu to install the program STEWING, by pressing the Hour, Min to set the cooking time by 1 hour. Press and hold for a few seconds the Start button, cook until the end of the program. Then to put the program Roasting for 10 minutes.
