Chicken schnitzel in potato crust
A delicious and unique dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

Slice the chicken into schnitzels and pour 3 tbsp of sauce Kikkoman. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Meat tenderizer in a plastic bag, so it is not torn. Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Leave to marinate for another 5-10 minutes.

Wash the cilantro, finely chop and add to the meat.

Potatoes peel and grate on a coarse grater. Do not RUB the whole potato at once, so it is NOT DARK. If the potatoes are average, better than 2-3 things. While roasting the first batch of meat, You will always have time to grate the other potatoes.

Prepare the breading. In one bowl, mix a little long for salty eggs with a mixture of pepper and another sprinkle of flour.

Schnitzels dip first in egg, then in flour, again in egg and finally in grated potato. Fry the schnitzels on both sides in medium heat until Golden brown.

Meat, marinated in Kikkoman sauce, goes well with rice and/or salad of fresh vegetables.
