Carrots in Korean
To all who love spicy like me, ask me, on the "light"...

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cellophane

    1 piece

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.333 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    0.333 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Monosodium glutamate

    2 pinch

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

    5 sprig

Cooking

To prepare the products. Peel and wash the carrots, garlic and radish.

Boil funchoza couple of minutes, drain in a sieve. To prepare the spices, grate on a fine grater garlic.

On the Korean grater, grate the carrots and radish. Add all the spices, sugar, salt. (I have a pepper red chili, minced, or you can substitute ground red)

Mix carrots with radish, add funchoza.

Mix gently, add the vinegar.

In a pan heat oil and pour the salad.

Add chopped greens and stir. Put into the refrigerator for 4 hours to steep.
