Cooking
In the preparation of this pastry I used sugar Mistral Universal.
In a bowl pour the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, yeast. Mix well. Add the vegetable oil and water. Knead the dough. Leave it for 30 minutes to approach.
Make filling. Lemon cut into pieces, remove pits.
In the bowl of a blender combine cranberries and sliced lemon.
Grind until a homogeneous mass.
Put into a saucepan, add the sugar. Cook over medium heat until thick (about 10-15 minutes), stirring constantly.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll into a rectangle (20 by 30 cm). Spread the filling on the surface, retreating from the edge of 1-1,5 cm Layer of the filling should be thick, otherwise it'll leak out.
One of the rectangles with filling, I sprinkled crushed hazelnuts. You can do without them.
The rectangle of pastry mentally divide into 3 parts. Bend the upper part to the middle, cover the lower part also to the middle. Something like a roll. You will get the same flat rectangle. The edges of the dough stung. Slightly flatten with a rolling pin the entire rectangle.
Slice the roll into strips 3 cm wide
Twist each strip 2-3 times. The one edge we hold over the second - cool. Connect the 2 ends and to take them. Get rings.
Put rings on a baking tray lined with baking paper and lightly greased with vegetable oil.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Rings slightly cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
