Autumn is the time when you want to eat something satisfying. A fish is cooked together with mayonnaise "Maheev" will have many taste and many will be surprised by the originality of the submission.

Cooking
In a bowl, mix the flax flour, buckwheat flour and wheat wholemeal flour.
Gradually add water, so much that it would get soft and elastic dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and set aside to rest.
Meanwhile, let us herring. Onion peel and cut into strips.
To put it in the bowl a little shake hands, that would let the juice. Add all the spices and season the mayonnaise with lemon juice from TM "Maheev". Mix well.
Herring gut, trim the fins and remove the gills. Rinse under running water and blot with a paper towel.

Roll the dough between two layers of film in an oblong formation, slightly larger than the length of the fish.

Wrap the fish in the batter, forming a kind of "coat".
