Chicken drumsticks in bread batter with cheese
Fantastic legs turned out! My family and I are thrilled! Crispy, spicy, cheesy crust, the aroma of herbs and tender meat inside is something delicious. And most importantly – a minimum of effort on your part, for you, as always, works multivarka Vitek!

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Bread

    55 g

  • Parmesan

    70 g

  • Mozzarella

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

    1 tsp

Drumsticks dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper to taste, place them in a bowl and let stand in the cold for 1-2 hours.

Bread crumb grind into crumbs in a blender.

Cheese also grind in a blender or RUB on a small grater.

In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and Provencal herbs.

Separately in the bowl pour the flour, in another bowl beat the egg. So you've got three plates: one with bread crumbs with cheese, flour and egg. Now start breading chicken legs. To do this, first each shank roll in flour.

Then dip in egg.

And then finally roll in the breadcrumbs. When you roll in the breadcrumbs, then gently press them tight to the Shin from all sides.

Each breaded drumstick put in a bowl multivarki. That's just 6 to my stuff and went in.

Put the bowl with the chicken in the slow cooker. Turn on the "Baking" for 40 minutes.

After 20 minutes turn the chicken, close the lid multivarki and continue to roast our meat.
