Cream soup of zucchini
This soup I dedicate to the mothers. I often had to cook when my daughter was just a baby. Very useful for adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 kg

  • Broth

  • Salt

  • Parmesan

    1 handful

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

In a saucepan with the broth add chopped zucchini and set on fire. Cook until soft.

Then turn into a puree using a blender, add the broth and salt. Cook until desired consistency, as you like - liquid or thicker.

Pour into a bowl, top with olive oil.

Then the grated Parmesan.
