Salad in puff carrot
Perhaps we once bought a "Bistro" pigs in a blanket. A similar dish can be easily prepared at home by adding a touch of creativity and slightly modifying the recipe. This recipe I found on one site. For the holiday table, an excellent option supply of lettuce.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Green onions

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

Roll out the puff pastry.

Cut it into strips.

I don't have pastry cones, I made them from plain white A4 paper, folded the paper in half and make a cone. Then take the strip and wrap the cone, making beautiful "carrot".

Dilute food coloring with water, orange.

And painted our "carrot" with the help of pastry brush.

Similarly do the rest of the carrot. Spread them on a baking tray, the laid parchment baking paper, and bake until tender.

While preparing the carrots, prepare the filling for salad. On a medium grater three eggs.

Next three cucumbers.

Three (can chopped) pre-cooked chicken (I boiled with seasoning for chicken).

Finely chop the green onions.

All the ingredients are mixed, add salt to taste and dressed with mayonnaise. Our carrots, meanwhile, have ready, remove them from the oven, let cool. Each pulls out a paper cone and fold.
