Pies fried
The name of the pies comes from the obscenely large size and stuffing obscene sausage - liverwurst.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Garlic

  • Sausage

    500 g

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Flour, soda, yogurt, egg, salt and sugar to combine in one dish.

Gentle knead the dough which should not stick to hands. Leave it to Mature for 5-10 minutes to drain gluten.

... and lightly fry in a frying pan, adding 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry until soft but not until it will turn brown :-)

In the same frying pan, switch off gas, add our obscene sausage and thoroughly mash everything with a potato masher.

Let stuffing to cool a little and add a spoon of semolina.

Divide the dough into pieces and roll out with a rolling pin into circles. I they are not small :-) at the rate of 1-2 pieces in the pan.

Spread the stuffing on one circle and cover it with another circle.

Press the edges with your fingers.

Then take the next cake in hand, turn it over and Zapletal.

Fry on low-low heat in a pan in vegetable oil.
