Festive bread-roll
This bread is very suitable for the holiday table.

Ingredients

The milk is heated to 38*C in a bowl crumble the yeast, pour 3-4 tbsp warm milk + 1 tsp sugar, stir and set aside for 15 minutes. The rest of the milk bring to the boil, add potato powder (I had with chicken flavor), stir, turn off heat, add salt, sugar and butter, stir and cool to 40*C.

In the sifted flour add mashed potatoes, yeast mixture, egg whites - knead dough.

Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes to obtain an elastic and soft, not adhering to the hands of the dough (if the dough is sticky, add 1-2 tbsp flour), cover and leave to approach in a warm place (turn oven on 180*C, the dough increases in 2-3 times (1-1. 5 hours)
