Fish fillet under oats, lemon rind
Fish need to eat often enough, it is very important for the body. So try to combine only the most useful: fish, cereal, sour cream and lemon. Real charge, what you need in spring!

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon

  • Crumb bread

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Parmesan

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Take any fish fillet that you like. I have a white fish fillet. If it's frozen, then defrost first.

In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats (I had instant), bread crumbs and grated Parmesan.

In a separate bowl mix the sour cream, about 1 tbsp lemon juice and a little grated lemon peel (to taste). You can chop some green onions. Stir.
