Forshmak on-Kishinev
This mincemeat taught me to do the husband's relatives in Moldova. Such a recipe is not on the site. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Cream cheese

    150 g

  • Baton

    3 slice

  • Chicken egg

    2 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

The products are ready, let's begin!

Herring to prepare: remove the skin, remove the bones.

A loaf of bread to soak in milk and squeeze, Apple cut into sticks, add to herring and Molokan and scroll through a meat grinder (I used a blender).

Eggs boil, peel the onion, chop and fry in vegetable oil. Connect all products, including butter, cheese (I take more of 200-230 grams, but it's a matter of taste). Beat all thoroughly, and MOST importantly - don't forget to pull off mustard!
