Cooking
Eggplant peel, cut into plates of medium thickness. Add salt and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse in cold water and dry with a cloth. Fry them on a heated oil pan on both sides.
Garlic skip through the masher. Each cooled eggplant put a little bit of garlic,
Sprinkle with finely chopped greens and put the quartered tomato.
Neatly wrapped in a roll and laid flat on a plate, decorated with lettuce or other greens.
