Apple lemon muffins
I suggest to try simple and quick to prepare, sweet cupcakes with slices of juicy autumn apples and fragrant lemon zest to be pampered in rainy, rainy day!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    170 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until lush, light weight.

Add sour cream, mix well.

Add the sifted flour, a pinch of salt and leavening agent. Mix well (the dough consistency like thick cream).

Add chopped into small pieces the Apple, the zest from one lemon. Mix well.

Put the dough into muffin tins (I got 10 pieces). Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes (readiness check with a wooden skewer). Finished cakes remove from the oven, allow to cool.
