Marble bread
Wavy bread with a light cocoa flavor ( chocolate) is ideal in order to enjoy the taste of it in the morning or any time of the day!

For the two types of dough prepare the dough ( 1 tbsp sugar, yeast and 1 tbsp flour dissolved in 100 ml and for the second type in 70 ml of warm water, leave for 15 minutes) Sift in a bowl the flour, add the softened butter, salt, sugar, milk and yeast mixture. Knead the dough. The dough should be soft, if necessary add water, do so. For the dough 2 (dark), add cocoa powder. Kneaded two kinds of dough, cover them with foil and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

We leave it to the proving process (15 minutes) and then bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Ready bread grease with melted butter
