Cooking
The most difficult (for me) to this recipe was to cook the apples. Take apples sour varieties, cut into 4 pieces, peel the rind and pith. Next, the apples make cuts before reaching the end. For this it is convenient to take sushi sticks, putting between them a quarter of an Apple, take a sharp knife and cutting. I, however, did not get the Apple in focus. But it is clear that due to the sticks, the knife doesn't cut the Apple until the end, because it rests on the sticks.
Chopped apples pour lemon juice, not darkened, and sprinkle with brown sugar fine from "Mistral" (2 tbsp.)
Prepare the dough. Take the soft butter and the remaining sugar (leaving 1 tablespoon).
Add the cinnamon, salt and beat with a mixer until creamy.
Add lemon zest and one egg, whisking each time.
In a separate bowl sift flour, add almond meal and baking powder, mix everything.
Small portions and pours the flour into the egg-butter mixture and pour a little milk at room temperature. Each time stir the dough with a spatula.
Dried cranberries mixed with starch and add to the finished dough. Stir with a spatula.
Take a baking dish diameter 24-26 see If the form is not silicone, then grease with vegetable oil. Put the dough in the form. On top of the dough symmetrically placed wedges of apples, pushing them slightly.
In the middle put fresh or frozen cranberries, sprinkle with 1 tbsp. of sugar. Put in heated to 180 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes.
