Cooking
Prepare all foods. Lentils washed
Fill the lentils in a pot of boiling water, add to the Bay leaf.
Cut onion into small cubes. In a heated pan pour vegetable oil and pour back the onion and fry it for 5-7 minutes.
Carrots three on a coarse grater. Add it to the frying pan to the onions, stir and fry all of this for 5-7 minutes.
Bacon cut into small cubes and add it into the frying pan to the onions and carrots
All this stir and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Potatoes cut into small cubes and add to the pot. Fried mixture of bacon, onions, carrots put in the pan. Salt, pepper and cook it all for 15 minutes.
Then fall asleep chopped green onions and cook for another 5 minutes!
