Burrito
A Mexican dish consisting of soft flour tortillas (tortillas), which is wrapped in a variety of toppings.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    70 g

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

Cooking

Mix flour, salt, soda and butter in a bowl. Gradually add water and knead a soft dough. Spread the dough on a Board and knead until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Then, the dough is divided into 8 parts, roll into balls. Cover with a towel and leave for 20 - 30 minutes per side.

Roll out each ball into a thin layer and fry on a dry pan. On each side for 1-2 minutes. Cakes put on a plate and cover with a towel to dry.

Meat cut into pieces, repel. Then cut into thin strips. Put frying. Then you put the onion cut into half rings. And really fry.

To the meat add the onions and bell pepper, diced, tomato paste and chili sauce, salt, pepper to taste. Add some water and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Prepared stuffing spread on the cake and turn the rolls, so that the bottom was closed.
