Amazing flavored soup

Ingredients

  • Green onions

    3 coup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    100 ml

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Cellophane

    30 g

  • Potato starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Red sweet pepper

    2 pinch

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Baguette

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

Prepare the ingredients

Green bow clean and shinkuem. Red onion cut into rings. Sweet pepper strips. Funchoza soak in cool water ( 30 degrees) for 30 minutes.

Funchoza removed from the water and dried.

Vegetables stirring occasionally simmer in butter.

In the pan with the vegetables, add 1/3 of the broth. And simmer for another 7 min.

Put the vegetables in the pan. Add the remaining broth and funazu. Soy sauce mixed with starch. Add to soup and bring to a boil. Season with crushed red pepper.

The soup is served with grated and roasted garlic baguette.
