Burgundy Apple pie - flamusse
Quick, fragrant and delicious Apple dessert. Thanks for the sweet dessert jultchik-Julia with Carina forum.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

In a saucepan, melt 75 g butter,

add apples and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Sift the flour into a bowl, add eggs,

gradually add the milk (I added cream), continuing to interfere, to avoid lumps.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 30 minutes. Serve hot or warm, sprinkled with icing sugar (the remaining 2 tbsp).

Note. The casserole reminds a bit of Clafoutis, just with the addition of flour. Hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or warm with vanilla sauce - incredibly delicious.
