Meatballs in Swedish in a slow cooker
Great meatballs with a delicious cream sauce. Preparing the dish in a slow cooker "Vitek" VT-4206-R.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    800 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Dill

  • Onion

    1 piece

Bread to break into pieces and use a blender to grind.

Cut onion finely, in a bowl MV, melt 1 tbsp of butter, add the vegetable oil, fry the onions in the mode of "Frying" until Golden brown (about 5-8 minutes). Add to forcemeat the fried onions, egg, shredded bread, salt, pepper and spices for meat. Mix well the minced meat and remove it to rest for 30-40 minutes.

Of minced meat roll into balls (diameter about 5-6 cm).

Selectable mode "Browning", melt remaining 1 tbsp butter.

Put meatballs. Fry them on both sides (each side with the lid closed MV for 3 min).

Remove the fried meatballs on a plate. In the resulting fat fry the flour, stirring constantly, about 1-2 min.

Add gradually (when stirring constantly) chicken broth.

Pour in the cream and proverjaem sauce 4-5 minutes in the same mode "Roasting".

Switchable MV. Put the meatballs and gently stir.

Choose the mode "Heating" and the default time is 20 min.
