Mushroom soup
Easy to prepare and very tasty soup

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 l

  • Oyster mushrooms

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • A bouillon cube

Clean and chop vegetables with mushrooms. Potatoes put in boiling water and cook until soft.

In parallel, while cooking the potatoes, we fry the mushrooms and vegetables (alternately: mushrooms 15min, then add onions and carrots and fry together until the color of carrots, add the soy sauce and sour cream. all together simmer for another 5min.)

Add the vegetables to the potatoes, also add cubes and cook until the potatoes are done.

Before serving the soup, sprinkle with chopped greens.
