Pickle with fish and barley
Of course fish pickle better to cook walleye, but I offer no less tasty pickle with Pollock, and I think you will not be disappointed! It is very tasty, especially because I used crunchy cucumbers "6 acres" and the brine from under them.

Ingredients

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

Grits barley should be soaked for at least 30 minutes. Boil in a saucepan in a ratio to water of one to two. Do not add salt. Cook until cooked. When the water boils, put fish in and cook until tender about 15 minutes, no salt. Onions and carrots cut arbitrarily, as you like.

The fish is cooked and we take out the dishes, parsed into pieces, removing bones. The filtered broth from under fish, and again put on the fire. Barley is cooked. Potatoes are cut and sent in the fish stock.
