Cooking
Clean a small pumpkin (500-600 grams) peeled, seeds, cut it into pieces. Peel the onion, cut into 4 pieces. Peel garlic. We put our vegetables in a baking pan, salt and pepper to taste. Add oregano (I had dried) and olive oil. Put the vegetables in to bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

Add to soup, cream and put the saucepan on the gas.
