Salad-cocktail
Sometimes, and especially if behind a window the rain and slush, I really want the New year to be somewhere where is summer all year round where the heat of 35 degrees are decorated Christmas trees everywhere and the inscription "Happy New Year". So I wanted to make a "Hot New year" For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

  • Avocado

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Lemon

  • Salt

First you need to marinate the shrimp. For this to unfreeze them. In a microwave oven or just at room temperature. For the marinade - mix honey (1 tbsp), lemon juice (1 tbsp), balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp, surprise, right?!! :-D ). Squeeze the garlic. And add a couple tablespoons of oil. You can add a bit of salt. Practice has shown.

Put the shrimp in the marinade. Leave for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop tomato, not large.

Cucumbers - large strips.

Pepper - julienne.

Now the shrimp (without the marinade) spread on a heated pan, to which add a little oil. Shrimp fry on high heat, 3-4 minutes.

And the marinade from the shrimp, put the chopped mushrooms. Leave for 5 minutes.

For the sauce - avocado detachable from the skin and bones, sprinkle with lemon juice (remaining), grind, as fine as possible (as bad when the blender is broken, had to cut with a knife, then crush with a fork. I envy you, happy owners of unbroken blenders!!!).

Mushrooms together with the marinade, take the vegetables. Stir and add salt to taste.

Avocado, add a little vinegar and the remaining honey. Mix well. It is possible to achieve greater homogeneity than me, but again, practice has shown that these very pieces in the finished salad was very good..

In a glass (a glass, a sundae dish, on a plate) put a couple of tablespoons of vegetable mixture.

And shrimp. Decorate with greens and lemon. Serve immediately. These salads do not tolerate waiting, it is better to eat at once, because then it will be a lot of juice, a "trademark" look is lost completely.
