Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Adjika

    1 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Olives

    1 can

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The flesh of beef to marinate and the sauce for 2 - 12 hours in the refrigerator.

Before cooking for 1 hour to get the meat, slice into thin strips.

In a thick-walled pot or cauldron pour oil, heat, add onions, chopped feathers.

Slice the cleaned pumpkin finely, add to the onions. Fry the onions until transparent, pour in tomato sauce. Weight sauté 5 minutes.

Chop the bacon cubes, add to onions.

Chop the cucumber slices. Put in the cauldron.

Fry on high heat for a few minutes, then the fire to diminish and extinguish 5 minutes.

On a heated pan, greased with vegetable oil, put the meat, fry over high heat. Pour sauce frying wok TM Kikkoman, fry a couple of minutes and remove from heat.

Add to the cauldron black olives, pitted, simmer a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.

To cut the sausage in slices, put it in a bag, add the meat from the pan. Slice the tomato in thin rings and add.

Pour in 2 tbsp naturally brewed soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Fry for 3 minutes.

Pour 2 l of boiling water to give writing a rolling boil for 2 minutes, bring to taste with salt, sugar. Boil for a few minutes.

To add spice to preporuciti chopped parsley. Remove from the heat, close it up and give 5 minutes to combine all flavors.
