Bread with parsley and mozzarella
Try to cook a wonderful aromatic bread with mozzarella and parsley. The bread turns out airy and light, with cheese taste and aroma of parsley. It is suitable as first courses, and for sandwiches, and to many others dishes it is also great!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Yeast

    2.5 tsp

  • Dry milk

    15 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Parsley

    15 g

  • Bran

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    25 g

You can knead the dough with my hands and using the bread machine. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast, leave for 5-10 minutes.

Then add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, softened butter, milk, chopped parsley, cheese, grated on a medium grater.

The bucket is placed in the bread machine, include the mode of kneading.

Then the dough should increase in volume by two to three times in a warm place. I put the dough in the bowl, covered with foil and placed in a slightly heated oven.
