Thick lentil soup with rice, cauliflower, nettles and wild garlic. The soup is tasty and flavorful.

The lentils soaked for three hours. Then in a saucepan, poured water, poured the lentils and put to boil on a small fire. After 30 minutes, poured broth, and rice poured.

For those not fasting have prepared a boiled chicken, smoked bacon, quail eggs and sour cream. Lentil soup is delicious and without these additives.
