Description
This soup is a classic of Turkish cuisine. It is also called "bride's soup" and often served the bride before the wedding ceremony. It is original, easy to make and, despite its vegetarian essence, nourishing and nutritious! Recipe and info taken from the magazine "the Deli."

Cooking
Salted broth, bring to boil, add bulgur, cook for 10 minutes
Onion and mint finely chop, crush the garlic. Fry in vegetable oil TM "generous gift" for 3-4 minutes.
To the onions add the tomato paste, 2 tbsp broth, simmer 3-4 minutes.
To bulguru add the beans,...
... and tomato sauté. The soup season with salt and pepper (for flavor you can add lemon juice), cook for 5 minutes.
