Baguette with salad
Even though I'm familiar with his father-in-law for more than 32 years, but still feel fear when you see him and try in every way to please. So tomorrow we will be meeting at his dacha. When I found this recipe I knew - this is exactly what I need, and this snack he'll love. For the recipe a huge thanks to my compatriot Lena - Mother and M. A.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Baguette

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Turmeric

    0.125 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Lettuce

  • Pork chops

Pre-boil hard boiled eggs. Peel potatoes, coarsely cut (to cook faster) and cook until tender.

With the finished potatoes drain off water, put the sliced eggs, salt. With a potato masher to mash potatoes potatoes and eggs. You should get a lot with the presence of the pieces.

Chili peppers remove seeds, finely chop. Also finely chop the garlic, onion and parsley.

Add onion, garlic, chili and parsley to the potatoes with the eggs, stir gently without turning the mass into a puree.

Prepare the dressing. Take the mayonnaise with quail egg from "Mahe".

Mix mayonnaise, turmeric, sweet paprika, French mustard with grains, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, brown sugar and milk.

Mix the dressing with a spoon.

Add potatoes to dressing and gently stir just a few movements that were not "mishmash".

Take a baguette or mini-baguettes. I have a large house-made baguette, for ease of Assembly and transport, I cut it in half.

Cut the baguette in half lengthways, put the washed and drained lettuce.

On top of the sheet, put the potato-egg salad. I added on top of the chili pepper, as we are all fans of witty.

Next, put any meats. I have cooked smoked pork chops. Cover with the top cover of the baguette.

Mini-baguettes are served a La carte, a baguette cut into slices with a sharp knife or a knife with a nail file. Bon appetit!
