Casserole of
Delicate, moderately sweet, flavorful casserole. Baked in a slow cooker "Vitek" VT-4206R

Ingredients

  • Bread

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Semolina

    20 g

Cooking

Bread to break into pieces (if stale, crusts removed) and pour over the cream for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the apricots and cut into strips.

Add to the softened bread washed raisins and dried apricots.

Add in the received weight half the sugar, vanilla and almond petals (the petals will leave a bit for topping the finished casserole)

Separate the whites from the yolks. Yolks slightly undercut with a whisk and add to our weight. Mix well.

Proteins break down with a mixer to foam, at the end of the whipping add the second half of the sugar, and keep until stable peaks.

Gently place in videolooking the mass of whites and mix until smooth. Bowl MV smazhem oil and obsudim semolina (or breadcrumbs), put the resulting "dough".

Select the mode "Baking" and wait for the end of the program.
