Tender and juicy cake without flour. Basically, cottage cheese casserole, but decided to keep the name of the original recipe, written out years ago from some books.. Suitable option for those who cannot consume flour products.

Cooking
Nectarines pour over boiling water, cool slightly, remove the skins. Remove seeds, flesh cut into cubes.
Margarine at room temperature to mix with sugar, salt, eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt and grated lemon zest.
Add mixed with baking powder, semolina, mix thoroughly.
Add the sliced nectarines. Mix well.
Form grease, sprinkle with 1 tbsp ground almonds. Put the cheese mass, flatten, sprinkle with remaining almonds. bake in preheated oven at 175*C for about 60 minutes.
