Magic chocolate cake
I liked this version of the cake that spilled into the baking mixture for baking is divided into 3 layers of different consistency. This time the version with cocoa.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    0.33 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    8.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Sift in a bowl the flour and cocoa, mix

Separate the whites from the yolks. In the first bowl put beat the whites in a cool foam.

In the second bowl whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Enter the melted butter, whisk until fluffy.

Enter the flour with cocoa, mix quickly on low speed.

Heat milk to 70 degrees. Enter the heated milk mixture, whisking.

Enter the half of the proteins rapidly mix on slow speed. Enter the remaining egg whites, mix quickly on low speed. Form 20*20 brush with oil, pour the mixture. Bake in preheated oven 170 degrees for 75 minutes.

Remove from the oven, cool, place in refrigerator overnight. Cut.
