Description
Very tasty delicate baskets of chocolate dough filled with flavorful cottage cheese with a layer of jam and dried fruit with a light aroma of spicy spices. Very good tea, coffee, convenient to take with you.

Cooking
Butter to mix with sugar (I have brown).
Add the cocoa and sour cream (yogurt can).
Add the egg, mix well until smooth.
Add flour and soda (the baking powder can), if the cream is sour, soda can not extinguish. Knead the dough.
Roll the dough into a cylinder and allow to stand in refrigerator 40 minutes.
Dried fruits wash and dry.
Spices to grind, I took 3 PCs of cloves, 3 cardamom pods and half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Grind the dried fruit, add to the spices and fruit jam (I have black currant, mashed with sugar). Mix well.
Curd grind with sugar, add starch, eggs, mix well.
Add orange zest, stir until smooth.
Tins of grease, the dough is cut into circles, put them into molds.
At the bottom of each basket spread 1 teaspoon mixture of dried fruit and jam.
Put on top of cottage cheese to the edges.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-175 deg about 40 min.
