Soup with peas and cauliflower
Very flavorful soup, perfect for autumn and winter cold days. Warming, delicious, very satisfying with a rich vegetable taste.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    0.5 cup

  • Cauliflower

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausages

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Peas pour 3 liters of cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam, cook for 25 minutes.

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences, add the peas, cook for 5 minutes.
