Cooking
Fry cumin in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes.
In the container mix all of the dry mix,flour,baking powder,salt and cumin.
Prepare the liquid portion of the test.Mix cream,butter,eggs and yolks.
The dough is thick like the photo.
Of the smaller pieces of dough to roll out tortillas with a thickness of about 2 mm. pellet Size should match the diameter of the pan.
Heat the pan and fry pancakes with two sides on a dry pan.
Each cake to grease melted butter.
