Eggs stuffed with mackerel pate
Beautiful and delicious dish for Sunday Breakfast or for a festive table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Mackerel

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Dill

  • Tomato

Eggs boil, cool, peel, cut into halves.

Mackerel clean, separate fillets.

From the halves of the eggs to remove the yolk. One half of the yolk to leave for decoration.

In a blender grind fillet mackerel and egg yolks.

Add the softened butter and mustard and beat again.

For beauty dishes of the resulting paste to put in the confectionery syringe or kinetic.

Squeeze the paste in half of the eggs. Decorate the dish with lettuce leaves, crumbled egg yolk, dill and tomatoes.
