Description

Locche
Loksa is a traditional slovaca potato pancake with poppy seeds. I'm always drawn to these authentic recipes or recipes that are close to this. There is in them something that makes not to forget their roots. That gives a correct idea of what is lived and what our ancestors ate. Everything seems to be just potatoes, flour, poppy seeds and butter (lard), and it turns out so tasty and soulful, and need no cake for dessert - so argued the author of the recipe, and indeed it is! For the recipe thank Irina Moses (Ashurova). A gift for Lyudmila Novos-fishing.
