My family used that I often cook that don't expect to see on the table. So this time I decided to white chicken fillet to come by-especially with the idea that it should be juicy without frying. Well, vegetables are always a great addition to any meat or poultry!

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    300 g

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Cheese

    50 g

A chicken breast beats and pickle in mustard sauce+spices+lemon juice to taste (marinade can be anything to Your taste)

Prepare the vegetables, sour cream and your favorite seasoning

Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll out into layers. On each layer of dough spread the prepared breast and layer toppings

Turn it up (along with test), will zasypaem edge to the vegetable sauce from leaking out "strudel" :-P

These are the rolls-the rolls we got. Cover with foil and put in the oven (pre-heat to 200 deg.) for 40 minutes... Remove foil, sprinkle the rolls with cheese and leave for another 30 minutes (T* 280 deg.) in the oven (until browned cheese)
