Recently returned with her younger daughter Masha from Israel :))) met there with Fedor (basar) with each site cook... and he bought us some FOOD as he prepares it :) I loved it!!! Try it, very tasty!!! And I for all you COOKS miss :)))

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Flour

  • Milk

  • Spices

  • Oregano

  • Ketchup

  • Tomato paste

Cooking

Eggplant cut lengthwise and fry both sides

Mince fry until almost ready adding salt, pepper, add Tom Regan. pasta and stir

Tomatoes cut into slices

Prepare the Bechamel sauce melt the butter and add the flour stirring

Add milk and simmer stirring occasionally cook until thick Sauce is ready!!!

In the form put layers : layer eggplant and soak it in ketchup for ketchup to spread the mixture and flatten

For stuffing the remaining eggplant

And the last layer is the tomato and pour the sauce all

And bake 50 minutes at 150 gr. and here's the MOUSSAKA is ready :)
