Liver, stewed in sour cream
Liver, stewed with onions and sour cream. Goes well with mashed potatoes or buckwheat.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Ingredients.

Liver wash, cut in pieces, slightly discourage.

Roll in flour.

Fry the liver until soft.

Onions cut into rings and fry in vegetable oil.

To the liver add the fried onions, sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
