Honey cake with curd cream
I wanted to somehow sweet, decided to make this cake. Thought that would be a small cake, but ate it 2 days, so, in principle, for a family, I think, will be fine. It's simple and really fast, for young mothers is a godsend, does not take much time and products don't need to stock a full refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

In a water bath melt the butter, sugar and honey.

After I dissolved all the sugar, add baking soda.

Remove from heat capacity, which prepared the dough and knock back the egg, not forgetting to stir intensively, so it is not curled. Add the flour and knead elastic, soft dough.

For the cream, beat in a blender the cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla and powdered sugar. The consistency should be homogeneous, with a mixer that won't work.
