Description
If you happen to have in the refrigerator pickles and acquired unsightly (slightly yellowed or wrinkled), fry them, and you have excellent salad.

Cooking
Cucumbers cut along the cubes and add salt. Set aside.
Carrot slice thin strips.
Cucumber squeeze lightly and fry in hot vegetable oil for a few minutes. Squeeze the garlic clove through the press and fry for another few minutes.
Mix the carrots, cucumbers. Pour soy sauce, vinegar, add the pepper, ground coriander and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
