Description
Delicate and light in appearance with a rich salad, we can say mens stuffing. Found the recipe a long time ago on the Internet, added some ingredients and changed the layers in some places-and so was born my "Male affection" ???? My husband likes when I was still in the salad add smoked sausage. If you want to try it, but to me that's too much brutal turns ????

Cooking
First, prepare all the ingredients. Boil and peel the potatoes, carrots and eggs. Eggs with pictures ran out, sorry 😊
Onion cut into cubes and divided in half. One half and fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Mushrooms finely chop and add to the onions. Salt. Fry until cooked mushrooms. I like them a little underdone so that crackled.
To shift the onion-mushroom mixture in a separate plate to cool down.
The second part also onion fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Finely chop the chicken livers. I like it when the salad ingredients are all approximately the same size.
Add the livers to the onions and fry until it's done. Salt. Leave to cool.
Begin to assemble the salad only when all the ingredients have cooled. 1st layer - boiled potatoes, grated on a coarse grater. Salt. Mayonnaise.
2nd layer - fried with onions mushrooms.
3rd layer - boiled carrots, grated on a coarse grater. Mayonnaise. When the carrots a little more, turns out delicious. My photo is not enough.
4th layer - fried with onions chicken liver. Liver I draped the whole fat and on the sides, too, giving it the shape.
5th layer - cheese, grated on a coarse grater. I take Dutch, it saltier. To grease with mayonnaise.
6th layer - boiled eggs, grated on a fine grater. My husband calls this final stage - giving the fluffy ???? really salad immediately transformed and becomes light, fluffy and airy.
Put the salad in the fridge for an hour to soak. A hearty and delicious salad is ready. Bon appetit!
