Puree soup with chickpeas
Fragrant puree soup without oil, perfect for fasting for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    0.5 cup

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Spinach

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    1 piece

  • Sage

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Water

    1 l

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Wash the chickpeas and soak overnight in water. Then pour water into the pan, sprinkle with salt and add the chickpeas. When brought to a boil, after 5 minutes put in a pan of onions and potatoes.

When potatoes and peas are ready, put in a pan of peas, spinach, garlic and herbs.

Bring to a boil, cook for another 5 minutes. Grind using a blender.

Served with greens. Spice in the dish can add cranberries or lingonberries.
