A delicious summer soup from sorrel, beet tops and green onions, with the addition of lovage

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Figure

    1 handful

  • Potatoes

  • Green onions

  • Tops

    100 g

  • Sorrel

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lovage

    1 tsp

  • Beef

Gather at the table, the merry company of all of the above ingredients. Beef cook the broth in advance (2.5 hours), preferably with bone

Add in the boiling broth potatoes and carrots

After 10 minutes, add the garlic and onions (without roasting)

You can skip this step. Only for meat eaters) Tear the meat into small pieces and put in soup

After 15 minutes, add all the greens, cook for another 15 minutes
