Cooking
Products: orange, flour, sugar, eggs, butter and walnuts. For the sauce, you need cream and sugar.
Orange peel and boil 20 minutes.
Separate the yolks from the whites. RUB the yolks with the sugar (150g)
Walnuts finely and add to the dough.
Orange slice and add to the dough.
Whip whites, add sugar (70g).
Enter the protein mass in the dough, mix well.
Carefully pour into mold. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
The finished pie to get and cut with a wet knife. Whip cream with sugar (50g) and pour half of the cake.
To connect the 2 halves and cover with the sauce.
